Would you like to showcase your novel solutions and technologies that can support ride-hailing and transportation services at Frontex? This Frontex Online Industry Day is a great opportunity to engage with the European Border and Coast Guard Community. Join us on Webex, on 23 July 2025.

By organising this Industry Day, Frontex aims to create a forum for an open discussion and to showcase cutting-edge solutions including mobile applications for seamless transportation booking, tracking, and scheduling.

We are looking for innovations and solutions in the following fields:

• Timely, efficient, and safe transportation for Frontex personnel
• Provision of a modern, well-maintained, and fully insured fleet
• Ensuring compliance with high safety standards in travel
• Mobile applications for real-time tracking, scheduling, and payments, based on the Android and iOS operating systems
• Offering flexible solutions including emergency booking
• Application of a monthly credit limit requiring a monthly balance settlement
• Sustainable driving - CO₂ emission tracking and reporting
• Carbon-neutral ride options

• Share your latest technological developments and solutions by delivering a short presentation.
• Register your solutions on an interactive digital exhibition platform.
• Connect with Frontex experts and representatives from EU Member States’ border guard authorities.

If you are interested in attending and presenting your solutions during this Industry Day, please express your interest by 4 July 2025 by filling out the online registration form with a description of the technological solutions you wish to present. Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and relevance to the European Border and Coast Guard community.

Selected companies will be invited to present their solutions during  a 30-minute presentation during the event, followed by a Q&A session and collaborative discussions.

After the deadline, Frontex will select up to eight technological solutions to participate in this Industry Day, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation process.
