Would you like to showcase your novel solutions and technologies that can support law enforcement activities for border management? Do you want to contribute to ensuring safer EU borders?  Frontex Online General I-Days are the great opportunity to engage with the European Border and Coast Guard Community. Join us on Webex, on 26 and 27 November 2025.

By organising the General Industry Days, Frontex wishes to create a forum for technology providers to present how their innovative solutions can help to address the challenges faced by the European Border and Coast Guard community and ensure security at the external EU borders.

We are looking for innovations and solutions for the future in the following fields:

• Cutting-edge technologies that enhance surveillance, detection, and response capabilities, while also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of border control operations

• Key technologies include Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for predictive analytics and threat detection, Internet of Things (IoT) sensors for perimeter security, and Advanced Biometrics for identity verification

• Other emerging technologies like Autonomous Systems, Cybersecurity solutions, Data Analytics and blockchain-based platforms to secure and verify the authenticity

• Deliver a short presentation about your latest technological developments and state-of-the-art solutions.

• Register your innovative solutions on an interactive digital exhibition platform.

• Connect with the European Border and Coast Guard community composed of Frontex experts and Member States’ border guard authorities.

If you are interested in attending the General Industry Days, please express your interest by 17 November 2025 by filling in an online registration form with a description of the solution you wish to present. Technological solutions must comply with the legal restrictions resulting from data protection rules and human rights provisions.

After the deadline, Frontex will select up to sixteen solutions.

The selected solutions will be presented during the event in a 30-minute presentation, followed by a Q&A session.

• This call is not a procurement procedure; it supports market scanning and potential next steps (e.g., RFI or pilots).
• Materials will be handled in line with Frontex rules. Only on an as-needed basis.
• Survey data will be processed for evaluation purposes in line with applicable data protection rules.
