Would you like to showcase innovative digital fitness solutions to support the Physical Fitness Programme for Frontex Standing Corps officers?

The Frontex Online Industry Day is a unique opportunity to engage with the European Border and Coast Guard (EBCG) community. Join us online via Webex on 5 November 2025.

With this Industry Day, Frontex aims to foster open discussion and explore cutting‑edge digital fitness applications, focusing on their features, case studies, technical capabilities, leading providers and recommendations.

This topic is important in the short term for supporting the physical fitness of Standing Corps officers and in the long term for developing scalable, secure and privacy‑compliant fitness solutions for law‑enforcement contexts across the European Union.

We are looking for innovations and solutions in the following fields:

• Secure user management; single sign‑on (SSO) / multi‑factor authentication (MFA); role and permission management.

• GDPR by design, including consent / user rights, Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) readiness, encryption, auditability and EU hosting options.

• Multi‑device data integration (e.g. Garmin, Apple, Polar); standardised fitness assessments / tests; privacy‑preserving progress tracking and rankings; mobile‑first user experience.

• Dashboards and reporting that follow data minimisation principles.

• Suitability for law‑enforcement contexts; localisation for EU languages; scalability for institutional use.

• Deliver a concise presentation to showcase your latest technological developments and solutions.

• Register your solutions on an interactive digital exhibition platform.

• Connect with Frontex experts and representatives from Member States’ border guard authorities.

If you are interested in attending and presenting your solutions during the Industry Day, please submit the online registration form by 24 October 2025, including a brief description of the technological solutions you wish to present. Submissions will be evaluated based on effectiveness, efficiency, innovation and relevance for the EBCG community.

After the deadline, Frontex will select up to eight solutions to participate, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation process.

Selected solutions will be invited to deliver a 30‑minute presentation during the event (5‑minute demo / walk‑through; 20‑minute solutions to provided use cases), followed by a 5–10‑minute Q&A session focusing on GDPR controls, integrations, progress tracking, accessibility, security posture and indicative pricing / total cost of ownership.

• This call is not a procurement procedure; it supports market scanning and potential next steps (e.g. RFI or pilots).

• Materials will be handled in line with Frontex rules. Avoid sharing proprietary secrets beyond what is needed for evaluation.

• Survey data will be processed for evaluation in line with applicable data‑protection rules.
