The ETIAS Division is committed to facilitating legitimate travel characterised by safety and security under the Border Control component of EIBM and priorities established by the EU agenda. To this end, the Division provides centralised services aimed at effective and efficient pre-arrival processing of travellers, communicates accurate and timely information to travellers and carriers to assist in the fulfilment of their obligations, provides coordination and support to the border management community, and contributes its expertise to help shape the future of EU border management.
The Division consists of four Units:
