Administrative Agent (FGIII) – Joint Inter-Agency Call

This is a joint selection procedure run by EUAA on behalf of participating EU Agencies working on migration and home affairs, including Frontex, Cepol, Europol, EUAA, CEPOL, EUDA and eu-LISA, with the intention to establish a reserve list of successful candidates to cover future staffing needs across the mentioned agencies. The reserve list is expected to be used during 2026–2027. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative functioning of the assigned office, unit or sector, including the handling of information and documentation requests, the logistical preparation of meetings, missions and events, the drafting of administrative notes, reports and procedural documents, the maintenance of databases, archiving systems, functional mailboxes and calendars, the preparation of statistics and periodic reports, assistance in financial and procurement-related transactions, the implementation of ad hoc projects, and any other tasks required in the interest of the service.

If selected by Frontex, the successful candidate(s) will be employed in Warsaw, Poland. Salaries and benefits are subject to the EU correction coefficient applied to Poland, which currently stands at 82.3% and reflects the local cost of living. Legal Officer (FGIV) – Joint Inter-Agency Call

This is a joint selection procedure run by eu-LISA on behalf of participating EU Agencies working on migration and home affairs, including Frontex, Europol, EUAA, CEPOL, EUDA and eu-LISA, with the intention to establish a reserve list of successful candidates to cover future staffing needs across the mentioned agencies. The reserve list is expected to be used during 2026–2027. The Legal Officer will support the Agency, including drafting and reviewing internal decisions, agreements, legal notes, and court-related documents, while advising internal entities on legal, contractual, procurement, and staff matters. It also involves handling access to documents requests, ensuring proper legal archiving, monitoring relevant EU case law and legal developments, liaising with external stakeholders, and supporting data protection compliance where needed.
